Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We ship our unique handcrafted products everywhere around the world. All orders will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. If you live outside of Canada, there might be additional duties and taxes to consider.

We want you to receive your new FROST® purchase as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 2-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Packages will arrive to your door via FedEx or Canada Post. For Canada and US customers, delivery is usually around 2 business days.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
